Ever dream of feeling like a super fancy cook, with music playing in the back ground, sipping your wine and cooking up a meal that is so delicious and fancy you should be on a TV show? Well grab your apron, your wine and turn on that playlist because this main dish is just that but EASY. So easy, I promise. For me this is fun to cook just for those reasons. I enjoy cooking something that looks hard but in reality is so easy. Also, meals that cook low and slow in the oven allow for kitchen clean up before dinner and that is always a win in my book. Bonus - this is a Keto meal when served with Keto sides like mashed Cauliflower and a salad. This recipe is inspired by a Paleo Short Ribs from My Natural Family. Rosemary & Garlic Beef Short Ribs - KETO Time: about 30 min before the oven, 2 - 2 1/2 hours in the oven : total 3 hours oven time equal FREE time so 2-2 1/2 hours to do other things! Serve with any sides you like. To keep it Keto I do mashed cauliflower and a salad or keto friendly veggie. It would be wonderful with mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes (not keto though). Your house will smell delicious while this is cooking and you can drink some wine and dance in your kitchen while its cooking. It makes a fancy"ish" meal for a stay at home date night or a special family meal. We have this often on Fridays because its a family stay at home night for us and I can start cooking earlier.
