Women's Midlife Health Journal defines midlife as beginning around age 35 - 40 and extending to about 60 - 65. During these years many women begin to experience physical limitations, depression, anxiety, complexion changes, hair loss. We become more vulnerable to heart conditions and risk of osteoporosis.
There is a new interest in studying and helping women in the earlier stages of midlife to help prevent serious, avoidable health issues during midlife and beyond.
