What is mindfulness exactly? Does learning about and applying this in my life mean I am practicing Buddhism or trying to reach a state of Zen? If I am a Christian does practicing mindfulness mean I am doing something contrary to my beliefs?
What does “practicing” mindfulness mean anyway?
So many questions! All of which I asked myself when I started learning about mindfulness and applying it to my life.

We are in the 4th quarter of the year, these last 3 months usually start off a little slow but quickly begin to pick up speed as the holidays approach and our calendars fill up with party dates, deadlines, decorating, shopping - before we know it is time to start a new year.
But wait. We have 3 more months. Let's take a minute. Breathe. Don't rush it.
